Podcast: Movement in the Modern World – Steve Huber

Episode #6 features my brother, Steve Huber. Apart from being an avid weightlifter and personal trainer, Steve is one of the most knowledgeable and passionate people I know when it comes to health and fitness. Our conversation is based the idea, ‘Movement in the Modern world’; humans have been evolving and adapting to our environments for hundreds of thousands if not millions of years. 10,000 years ago things changed drastically as a result of the agricultural revolution and more recently the age of technology and industrialization has altered human lifestyles.

We talk about Steve’s journey with health, diet and fitness and the primal movement- the idea that living and moving in tune with how we are designed from an evolutionary and biological standpoint may relieve many modern health issues.

This 90+ minute podcast is packed with information and yet still barely touches the surface as far as what is out there to learn and consume. It will be exciting to see Steve follow his passion to explore this space and continue to share his knowledge with others.
